Return and Exchange Policy

At Tahitiankngllc, we strive to provide high-quality makeup, hair, and face products that meet your needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and exchange policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

We offer refunds and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Refunds: Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received them. Proof of purchase (such as your receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, it must also be returned within 14 days of purchase. We will exchange items for the same product or an alternative product of equal value. Products must be in original packaging and unused.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be refunded or exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted or sale items (unless defective or damaged)
  • Used or opened items for hygiene reasons (unless defective)

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact us at refunds@tahitiankngllc.com with your order details and reason for the return.
  • Once your request is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the item.
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Stripe Payments: Refunds will be processed through Stripe, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

4. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us at exchanges@tahitiankngllc.com with your order details and reason for the exchange.
  • After receiving your request, we will provide instructions for returning the item and processing the exchange.

Shipping for Exchanges: You are responsible for shipping costs for returning the item for an exchange. However, if the item is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@tahitiankngllc.com with details and photos of the damage. We will promptly assist you in resolving the issue with a refund or replacement.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • First, check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@tahitiankngllc.com.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective.
  • If you are exchanging an item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
